  • Hydraulic Disc Brakes for Confident Control

Front and rear hydraulic disc brakes provide strong, responsive stopping power to match the T73 Pro Max’s higher-performance dual-motor system.

Consistent braking control helps riders stay confident across city streets, hills, mixed terrain, and higher-speed riding conditions.

  • 20" × 4.0" Fat Tires for Grip and Stability

The wide 20" × 4.0" fat tires provide a larger contact patch for improved traction, balance, and stability across changing riding surfaces.

Combined with the T73 Pro Max’s all-wheel-drive system, they help deliver confident control on pavement, gravel, park trails, and other light mixed-terrain routes.

  • Shimano 7-Speed Drivetrain for Flexible Riding

The Shimano 7-speed drivetrain gives riders greater flexibility when pedaling across different speeds, gradients, and terrain.

Smooth mechanical shifting complements the T73 Pro Max’s electric power, making it easier to adapt between cruising, climbing, commuting, and longer rides.

  • Smart LCD Display with Essential Ride Data

The smart LCD display keeps important riding information clearly visible, including speed, battery status, pedal-assist level, distance, and mileage.

Its clear interface helps riders monitor the T73 Pro Max’s performance at a glance for more convenient everyday operation.

  • Ultra-Bright LED Headlight for Low-Light Riding

The high-output LED headlight provides clear forward illumination to improve visibility during early morning, evening, and other low-light rides.

Its broad lighting coverage helps riders see the road more clearly while making the T73 Pro Max more visible to surrounding traffic.

  • Integrated Rear Brake Light for Added Visibility

The integrated rear brake light activates during braking to help communicate your actions more clearly to vehicles and riders behind you.

This added visibility provides extra confidence during city traffic, evening rides, and higher-speed everyday travel.

  • Extended Comfort Saddle for Longer Rides

The extended moped-style saddle provides generous seating space and comfortable support for a more relaxed riding position.

Its long, cushioned design is well suited for commuting, recreational riding, and the longer-distance capability of the T73 Pro Max.

  • Foldable Rear Foot Pegs for Added Convenience

Foldable rear foot pegs provide a compact and practical support platform when additional rear foot support is needed.

They fold neatly against the frame when not in use, helping maintain a clean profile without adding unnecessary bulk.

  • Practical Under-Frame Storage Area

The under-frame storage area provides a convenient place to keep small everyday essentials organized and within easy reach.

Frequently Asked Questions

Order & Setup

Helpful information about assembly, included accessories, and getting your Kornorge T73 Pro Max ready to ride.

Does the Kornorge T73 Pro Max come pre-assembled?

The T73 Pro Max ships partially assembled. Most major components are already installed, but some final setup is required before riding.

Assembly typically includes installing or adjusting the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel. Basic tools and a detailed manual are included, and setup generally takes about 30–40 minutes.

Does the Kornorge T73 Pro Max come with a charger?

Yes. The T73 Pro Max includes compatible charging equipment for its dual-battery system.

Always use the supplied charger and follow the charging instructions in the owner’s manual to help maintain battery performance and safety.

Learn about the removable battery system, charging convenience, and Kornorge warranty coverage.

Are the Kornorge T73 Pro Max batteries removable?

Yes. The T73 Pro Max uses a dual removable battery system, allowing the batteries to be removed for convenient charging, storage, or replacement when needed.

The removable design is especially useful for riders who prefer to charge indoors or do not have a power outlet near where the bike is stored.

What warranty does the Kornorge T73 Pro Max include?

The Kornorge T73 Pro Max includes a 1-year limited warranty covering eligible components and manufacturing-related issues, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

If you experience a problem, contact Kornorge customer support with your order information, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos so our team can review your warranty request.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Guidance for keeping your T73 Pro Max in good condition and troubleshooting common riding issues.

What should I check if the motor is not working properly?

If the motor appears to be operating abnormally, first check that the motor communication cables and electrical connectors are securely connected.

Loose or disconnected wiring can affect motor operation, especially on a dual-motor system. If the issue continues after checking the connections, stop riding and contact Kornorge customer support for further assistance.

Does the Kornorge T73 Pro Max require regular maintenance?

Yes. Regular maintenance helps keep the T73 Pro Max performing safely and reliably.

We recommend periodically checking the brakes, tires, chain, drivetrain, suspension, electrical connections, and battery condition. Keeping the bike clean and addressing wear early can help extend component life and maintain consistent riding performance.

Brakes & Tires

Common questions about brake wear, brake noise, tire seating, and routine tire care.

How often do the brake pads need to be replaced?

Brake pad life varies depending on riding style, rider weight, terrain, weather conditions, speed, and how frequently the brakes are used.

Inspect the brake pads regularly and replace them when the friction material becomes excessively worn or braking performance noticeably decreases. More frequent checks are recommended for riders who regularly travel downhill or ride at higher speeds.

What should I do if the brakes are making unusual noise?

Occasional brake noise can be caused by dirt, moisture, rotor contamination, pad wear, or brake alignment.

Check the brake pads and rotors for dirt or excessive wear, and make sure the braking components are correctly aligned. Avoid applying lubricant to brake pads or rotors. If the noise continues or braking performance is reduced, contact Kornorge customer support or a qualified bicycle technician.

What should I do if the tire bead comes out of the rim?

If the tire is not seated correctly on the rim, stop riding and correct the tire position before using the bike again.

  1. Support the bike so the affected wheel is not carrying the bike’s weight.
  2. Release the air from the tire.
  3. Check that the inner tube is positioned correctly and is not pinched.
  4. Reseat the tire bead evenly around the rim, using the molded safety line on the tire as a guide.
  5. Add air gradually while checking both sides of the tire to make sure the bead remains evenly seated.
  6. Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure shown on the tire sidewall or in the owner’s manual.

If the tire repeatedly comes out of the rim or cannot be seated evenly, stop using the bike and contact Kornorge support or a qualified bicycle technician.
