Additional Shipping Charge

I bought a V20 Pro E-bike and 7 days later received a email saying Kornorge wanted another $240 for freight despite the website saying Free Shipping. I argued it down to $190 freight. I live in the South West of WA so it could be the reason or maybe its just false advertising. The E-bike goes great but just be prepared to pay extra for freight. Even with the freight cost it was still good valve and cheaper than similar e-bikes.
