With help from your awesome customer service department and YouTube video we assembled it easily. Your bike is an unbelievable value. It is more than you advertised with top notch components, quick release features, comfy seat and beautiful handling. It is a joy to ride! If there were more than 5 stars to rate we'd give it a 10. It's a real prize!
